Leslie studied at the Paul Mitchell School of Hair in Knoxville, graduating in 2012. She worked at Dion's Salon in downtown Franklin, Tennessee before opening LW Boutique ​Salon as second in command. She has taken countless classes both in the United States and abroad, constantly sharpening her skills to provide top quality service.

Leslie is a certified Goldwell educator, teaching across the country. Goldwell is a globally renowned color and styling product line on the market for over 50 years. Leslie specializes in blondes, balayage, creative colors, and textured hair cuts. She also focuses on bridal styling and editorial work including appearances in Paris, New York, London, and Milan Fashion week. She is certified in Halo Couture Extensions and Hand Tied Extensions

Leslie is currently behind the chair at LW Boutique Salon in Franklin, Tennessee, but is available for styling and teaching across the U.S.
